My many years of experience in the real estate industry along with my deep roots in the DMV, have given me the opportunity and skills to excel in navigating the at times complicated terrain of  home buying and selling, single families, town homes, condos, 1031 Exchanges, investment acquisition, property management, construction and more. 

 

I created and implanted a team based model that allowed for rapid growth accomplished with a small number of agents, out—ranking the Top agents. More than a career, real estate is a passion for me. This passion is why I deeply value the trust my clients place in me, and I strive everyday to exceed their expectations. Coming from a sales and hospitality background, I believe in always putting my clients’ best interests and needs above my own.

I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Santiago (Cape Verde), but since 2008 I’ve had the privilege of calling the city of Frederick my home.  There’s a lot to love about Frederick, but the thing I appreciate the most about this beautiful city is it’s cultural diversity. 

I’ve always been fascinated by different cultures and customs. This passion for people has helped me to learn five languages, and to always be looking to learn new ones. 

Outside of real estate, I mostly enjoy spending time out in nature with my amazing wife and our Border Collie mix, Nala. When I’m not busy helping a client or spending time with the family, I’m either fishing, or lost in a good book.
